At Mansfield Care, we constantly strive to provide the highest standards of care in our homes, and are always happy to receive your feedback, both positive and negative. We have an open door policy, and you are warmly invited to attend our regular residents’ and relatives’ meetings.

If you have suggestions or worries about the care your loved one is receiving from us, please speak to your Home Manager, who will investigate matters and take any action required.

In the unlikely event that you still have concerns, write to us with full details. We will contact you within seven days, and send you our findings and action to be taken within 20 days of receipt. We sincerely hope we can resolve any issues to your full satisfaction in this way, but if you would like to refer matters further, please contact Social Care and Social Work Inspection Service (SCSWIS), who can investigate on your behalf.
